:: The necessary tools are designed by means of CAD and CAM systems starting from the customer’s drawing or sample.

:: TOOL CONSTRUCTION

:: All the tools necessary for the machining of the different parts are made in our workshop: from grips to cutter bodies; from braze welding of hard metal inserts to final forming of tools on sharpeners.

:: We also manufacture most of the complementary tools and adapt them to the different production needs.

:: All the tools are individually checked with special equipments in order to estimate their accordance with the required specifications.

:: Finally, after having been numbered according to the part code and machining order, tools are put is special drawers, gathered in series according to the items they are used for and positioned in order to be easily found.
